Within a few days I realized they weren't quite right and I was struggling to correctly see in my distance vision. It turns out that my strength was decreased. While the delay in notifying them was my own doing, within a couple of weeks I did finally reach out and notified the of the issue. They "ordered" me new trial lenses. Those new trials took 1 month to come in. I get them and again because they matched both eyes at the lower script, they still are not right. I again notified them and have yet to receive the corrected strength. It's been over another month and we are now into the month of February 2026. I call there and leave messages and never get calls back. Their office hours are not convenient when they are not in the office half of the time. Their lunch break is not covered by other staff so convenience for my scheduled lunch hour never works. The Doctors are only in the office 2 days out of 5 because he has another office location in Watertown. Recently, my husband also went there in December for his annual basic eye exam - nothing special - they billed my health insurance instead of my vision insurance for unknown reasons for his exam and part of exam was not covered as it's not a covered health insurance benefit, yet if they would have simply billed it to the correct insurance company it would have been covered 100%. Now they are looking to me to shell out more money for something they misbilled. When I call and leave messages no one ever calls back. I'd think twice before going here. I plan to move my family to an eye doctor office who actually takes the time to care for their patients needs.

The doctor that I saw was Dr. Ford, and he was really kind, personable and patient. He took his time talking with me, explaining my test results and asking me questions that no other eye doctor has ever taken the time to ask. He understood my concerns about the cost of contacts, and took that into consideration when giving me a free pair to try out over the next week. He told me to call the office back to tell him if I liked them and wanted to order a full set or try something else. He even offered to help me with a rebate to make the contacts more affordable. I plan to continue seeing this doctor, and would highly recommend this office to anyone

As a New Patient several months ago,I was treated with respect and with the best care any new patient could ask for. I saw Dr. James Forte. He is excellent and does not rush you during your exam. It is a very friendly office with "all the staff" caring about your well being. My exam was explained to me and any testing was discussed before doing any of them. As a New Patient it entails more than just a "simple eye exam" Being a new patient they need a baseline to your eye health incase there is a concern found.

Ive been coming to this place for awhile because it was convenient for our family. They've recently moved locations, it's no longer convenient and 1.5 hours waiting around in exam rooms is now downright inconvenient. They definitely need to work on the inefficient scheduling.
