As the other review stated, worst coach company for customer service and quality of coaches. Having had a bad trip to France with a stinking toilet, no AC at all so the coach was so hot and a leaking window, we requested a full refund of £80. Their response was that how could they know the window was leaking? They don't spray water over the coach before it leaves the garage!!! Not oh so very sorry to hear about the problems encountered etc etc. Was offered a discount on a future booking!! Like I was going to book another trip with them. Blatantly refused to refund anything. Awful customer service, awfully maintained coaches. Would pay more to travel with a decent travel company. Do not use ever!! read more
