If I could give zero stars, I would. The Shandon Group has to be the most unresponsive, poorly…read moremanaged property group I've ever dealt with. It took them over TWO MONTHS to fix a broken washing machine--a basic necessity--and getting them to address any issue is like trying to land on the moon. Our AC broke, and we were left sweltering for months before they finally bothered to repair it. Meanwhile, the wood around the property is rotting, and they don't seem to care one bit about maintaining anything. To make matters worse, the house was absolutely filthy when we moved in. It was clear no one had bothered to clean it beforehand. The floors are so dirty that even after multiple deep cleans, our socks turn black just walking from the living room to the kitchen. It's honestly disgusting and unacceptable. The level of neglect here is shocking, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. Avoid this group if you want anything resembling decent living conditions!

I am a female and was extremely uncomfortable with this, as anything could have happened...they NEVER admitted to essentially breaking into my house that I was paying to live in, although I have proof. On top of this, they took over half of my security deposit to RE-CLEAN my house that I spent days and days cleaning far beyond the cleanliness that I walked into when I first moved in.
