To be honest, I don't think we could have had a better experience selling our home during the peak of a public health crisis. This is a bittersweet review as I leave this... It was six years ago that we were referred to Liz Sullivan at Home Advantage Realty. But it was a "blind date" situation! My realtor here at home (in Virginia) had just found Liz for us and received a referral fee for doing so. We were looking for a home for our daughter who attended the University of South Carolina. We had hoped that Liz was going to be a good realtor for us because we didn't know the area and was trusting her with our daughter's safety for her last 3 years of school.
