I had a cockroach infestation and he treated the attic, baseboards, appliances, and outside in addition to providing advice on outdoor areas where pests may live. This was part of a quarterly treatment and I consider the cost to be very reasonable for the services provided. Truly Nolen offered me followup treatments if the initial treatment was ineffective for reduced or no cost. I'm very satisfied with the service and glad I called because I was at my wit's end trying to curb the infestation by myself.

Everyone I spoke with, from the first phone call to David who came out, was incredible. They didn't just remove the nest, they educated me. David treated the whole property, and within 24 hours, the mosquitos were gone like they got a cease‑and‑desist. Communication was crystal clear. Pricing was exactly what they said it would be. Not the salesy pushy people that want to upsell you either. And when I had follow‑up questions, they didn't disappear, they answered and showed up. Bulwark doesn't play.

I had done a different pest control when I moved here and noticed no difference so I had lost hope that anything would actually work. Brian had missed my call and I explained my situation and he asked if he could contact another customer to push their appointment an hour and see me first and he would call me back. They thankfully agreed and he came right out. Thank goodness he did because we didn't see a single mosquito the whole party and loved being outside for the party. Additionally I had him spray for all other obnoxious pests and the roaches are all already dying so quickly it's crazy.
