1. Don't attempt to phone to make an appointment, the phone will ring and ring and ring
2.Go online and book an eye test for a Monday, note the fact the website says someone will call you to arrange a time for the contact lens test. Get a phone call on the following Wednesday asking you want to come in.
3.Be Prepared to wait along time in store for a member of staff to acknowledge your existence
4. When ordering contact lenses, make sure you have about a month's worth at home as back up.
5. Don't expect an SMS informing you your lenses have arrived
6. Don't expect them to be posted to you, it will never happen, even if you saw someone write down the instructions when you ordered them
7. When you drop in on the off chance to collect lenses, as it's been a few weeks and you never got an SMS, don't expect the order to be:
(a) complete
(b) the correct prescription
(c) there
8. When you've had your eyes tested and their optician has prescribed some lenses and ordered them, go home and check on line if the lenses actually exist. Alternatively wait 10 days, go into the shop and be handed something completely different to what you were expecting.
