Most electricians would take short cuts by running the two screen motors together then run the Romeo wire straight through the lanai's drywall ceiling. Not Creative Electric. They did it the right way. Each motor got its own lead straight to the electric source. Those two Romeo wires ran through protective PVC pipe that traveled through the ceiling drywall to the attic. Virtually hidden but fully protected. Unlike typical handyman electricians, they did it right. Quality work... The two man crew neatly cleaned up and were finished in no time. Impressive! They're now in my iPhone's contact list because I'm calling them the next time I have an electric job.

A whole house, liquid cooled (think truck motor) automatic generator is the answer! We thankfully already have an in-ground 500gal propane tank, which limited the total cost of an already expensive project. Everyone, including our friends who'd already traveled this path, recommended Kohler over Generac. And yes, they're a bit more expensive, but more reliable and super quiet despite the size. . 30kw, Kohler RCLA30, would provide the least load shedding. Cane with an extended 10yr warranty and a $750 mfg cash rebate. We interviewed three generator suppliers, including the one Kohler referred. The last visit, from founder Eric Beasley was both the most thorough and informative of the bunch. The process is long and complex. Figure three months. Permits, three county inspectors, FPL meter service, HOA approval...that's just the administrative stuff. Concrete pad installation. Then electrical rewiring and installation of transfer switch, gas hookup and all the trenching to accommodate the new unit. FPS handled it all. A clear written process, with specific dates, conscientious work and a thorough start-up shakedown. Excellent all around! We're ready now!

Had them run wire and place a junction box for a ceiling fan on my lanai…read more They tapped into an existing light fixture, which was a must but when they placed a cover on the existing fixture box, it was plastic and no waterproofing seal. Also it wasn't even on there good and fell right off due to not using the proper screws to attach it. Perhaps an oversight of allowing an apprentice do the work and not watching him closer. I ended up having to run to the hardware store to buy the proper cover for the junction box that would actually protect it properly from water getting into it. This is a huge red flag for me when dealing with electrical. Aside from that, the job was done well and worked for my needs after I fixed their errors. I was expecting to be able to just put the ceiling fan up myself, as communicated, and go on but had to do extra work to prevent a huge fire risk and that's very concerning for their image as electricians.
