I wanted a basic gel french manicure - she didn't have a pink that she loved, so *she made a custom color for me* during our appointment! She is by appointment only and books up fast, but she is so worth the wait!

All I got was "do you want regular pedicure or deluxe" for $82 I should hv gotten a whole lot more than a few services that seem more realistic as a basic regular pedicure. I then had a "manicure" that didn't even last a weekend without chipping. $134.10 wasted! SMH Do not waste your time or money. I learned the hard way.

As she is explaining the nail tech AMBER acted extremely unprofessional! Threw her nail tool and refused to finish my mother's other hand and then AMBER'S husband told my mother to leave and that they have the right to refuse service. This is ridiculous!!! This business will be reported to the BBB and licensure board! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! Clearly with only two stars it might not be a first!!

They charged me $65 for a full acrylic set with gel nail polish (that wasn't even applied to the whole nail). The tech seemed impatient and frustrated when I asked that my nails be shorter. He didn't shape the nails enough, so they turned out so unnatural looking. I spent so much time filing and fixing my nails. And I'm not sure why they think it's okay to charge so much in Roswell, NM, especially for the poor quality they provide. Just a waste of money! I do not recommend this place.

She does a great job with my cuticles, which were a total mess when I first started going there. She is definitely under priced - $25 for gel nails. Most places in town charge an extra $10 for gel removal and $5 per nail that you do with a different design. Another thing I love is that she understands the makeup of the nail and doesn't grind it down like many places do.
