I am not sure if she misunderstood me, or did not even listen, because I was in pain the entire time she did my nails. I pulled my hand away several times .... My thumb nail is so crooked, with one side being taller then the other ,its a bit embarrasing. I considered returning on my way back through town the following day, but I just could not deal again with the pain I went through. So, fixed it on my own. I will not return, which is pretty bad as I usually can accept that people sometimes have bad days. But, to be watching TV while you are working with a customer is unacceptable in my book.
