We ended up having a late lunch during a Sunday afternoon and it was surprisingly crowded when we went in. There was a table available and we were seated right away. The restaurant offers a play and eat menu along with the standard menu. The 5 dollar drink menu for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday did the right start. I got a transfusion and it was enjoyed with each sip. We ordered off of the play and eat menu since it offers a deal on select menu items if you get game cards. I got the grilled chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Our waitress was excellent during the entire service. There are plenty of arcade games for all ages and has a couple bars as well. There are classic games such as Pac Man, Space Invaders, Air Hockey tables along with a lot of current ones like Hado and virtual reality rides. It is equal distance to go to either location for us. We had a fun experience during our stay of a few hours. Thanks for a fulfilling gaming time!

Old fashion game tokens and "tickets" if you win, make sure you put a $20 bill into the token machine for "bonus" tokens. A quarter each, but 100 tokens for $20, your kids will have 25% more fun. Overall a clean place and friendly staff. Only "complaint" is the occasional broken machine - something you might not learn until after you put tokens into the machine. With three kids, 7, 7, and 11, this can become frustrating at times. Air hockey is a plus as the better your kids are at playing the game, the longer your twenty lasts. "Tickets" can be traded for candy or little trinkets at the end of your visit. They can also be collected between visits and saved for a bigger prize later on. Bowlero has been on my bucket list for years, and I got to check that off recently!…read more Wow, what an absolutely beautiful spot! This was my first time checking out Bowlero, and I was blown away. The bowling area is massive--lanes stretching as far as you can see, easily three dozen it seemed. The lanes look brand new, super clean and smooth, and the scoring system's phenomenal--easy to use, accurate, and keeps everything fun without any glitches. There's a service bar right there behind the lanes, perfect for grabbing drinks while you're bowling--no need to walk far. And did can be run out to your lanes table. There is also a lively Duffy's Sports Grill attached, and it was half full on a Wednesday night, great vibe, and you can order from their menu if you want solid food options beyond typical alley snacks. The arcade games are next level--some of the most advanced I've ever seen, seriously impressive setup that kept me entertained even after bowling. The best part? They had this killer $19.99 special after 7 PM: unlimited bowling with shoe rental included. Incredible deal! I knocked out six games in about an hour and a half, and it was so much fun. (My arm's still sore from hurling the ball at like 22 mph--but worth it!- had 5 strikes in a row) Overall, this is an amazing little (well, not so little) entertainment spot. Can't wait to go back--definitely a must-visit if you're in the Port St. Lucie area. Highly recommend! 5 stars from me.

Bowlero has always been a great place to have fun with loved ones; the staff is usually extremely…read morehelpful, respectful, and responsive. Unfortunately, this Sunday my daughter and I had an interaction with Courtney and she was dismissive, rude and disrespectful! She was extremely unprofessional with us when I inquired about why our lanes kept getting shut off. She informed us that there was no card on file. I explained that we normally pay up front so we aren't required to put a card on file, but this time we were unsure of how many games we were going to bowl. I mentioned to her that it would have been more professional if she had just told us about the policy. But instead of informing us she (Courtney) kept playing games by turning our lanes off and acting as if she (Courtney) didn't do it, and proceeded to blame it on other employees (her subordinates). In the midst of our conversation, she sarcastically said "just make sure you put a card on file", after my daughter had already put a card on file due to the lanes shutting off. Let me say this, we never have had a problem paying and we never leave without settling our bill. Also, I am beginning to think that she is treating us poorly because my daughter Chelsie Lane left a review about her (Courtney's) attitude. I was under the impression that reviews are a welcomed source of constructive criticism and an opportunity to shine light on the exceptional service we usually receive. Your patrons/customers should be able to be honest. We the customers should not have to worry about intimidation or retaliation for speaking the truth. This is the first time I have ever experienced this kind of disrespectfulness and unprofessionalism from ANY Bowlero employee. This is the first time I have been the victim of retaliation, which saddens me and truly tarnishes our relationship with Bowlero. Over the years since we've been bowling at Bowlero on the league, we have seen employees including management come and go. This is the first time I have been harassed like this, and it breaks my heart to think that this is the new face of management for PSL Bowlero/Lucky Strikes. Long story short, instead of assuming we would possibly run out without paying our bill, all she had to do was ask us to put a card on file. After this stressful interaction, it makes me wonder what the true intent was behind her behavior. Was it retaliation or racism? Did she assume we were going to leave without paying because we're African American? With the rate of credit/debit card fraud, some people are uncomfortable providing a card to put on file. I was only looking for her to portray the kind of customer service you provide when you care about the work you do and the service you provide. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss the matter further. Thank you.
