It's in cocoa village, it's a bit tricky to find. They do have their own parking lot. There are lockers for your belongings. The game hostess was friendly & explained everything to us. She also was helpful when we needed hints. We had a good time & the props & photo area was fun. The experience is pricey but we'd go back & try another room.

Another great ESCAPE! We had such a great time and Patrick - Game Master is truly the BEST master we have encountered! We have done many different locations of rooms and Epic Escapes is our Favorite. Rooms are well planned out and make you think. We definitely recommend Epic Escapes, LLC for your next escape!

Was the best escape room I've even been to. Played all three rooms and they all were amazing. Best part of our space coast visit.

What is the size of the room for heist? does it have a chair or chairs for someone to sit down?

Yes there is a chair. The room is a 2-6 player room. 🙂

It was one of those things where we were like "Oh we should check it out..." but thought that we more than likely wouldn't, given the limited amount of time we had. After reading some very positive reviews and having nothing on our itinerary on the last day, we went ahead and booked online for an afternoon of something that was (hopefully) fun. And it was fun! It really tests your fears and limits. I kept imagining myself as a competitor on The Challenge or Ninja Warrior for motivation and to keep me going lol. Our 8 year old was just happy to kept level 1 completed and had no desire to complete level 2. By the time my husband and I completed level 2, our hands were feeling sore and raw (I really am surprised that gloves aren't part of the helmet/hand was rental) and we were drenched in sweat (it was over 100 degrees!!). I was the only one to do the zip line drop. That was really underwhelming. I thought it would be a high zip line across the park but it was literally a slow drop down from the top. This cost an extra $7 per person, too. Overall, I highly recommend Aerial Adventures for couples/ groups/families that are in Cocoa Beach and seeking a fun activity. My tips would be to bring gloves and LOTS of water! They keep coolers at each level so you can keep it cold if you don't have a flask. Don't forget to tip the staff, too!

If I could give a half star I totally would! I come here to have a good time with my kids but…read moreinstead we get a whole view of this staff members intimate relationship(s)...seems like she tried to cover it up with makeup but when my daughter asks me what's on her neck I was embarrassed. At any job especially one dealing with kids and families all day no one should be covered in HICKIES! That's right not just one but multiple on this staff member I hope she knows who she is and know she ruined a great family time.

We've had wonderful experiences at the downtown location and decided to try the West Melbourne location. Never again. We showed up 5 minutes early (not as early as we would have liked due to traffic), and no one was there to greet us, but we scanned the QR code and started working on our waivers. The game "master" came out a few minutes later and let us know where the restrooms and lockers were if we needed them. There was no sense of urgency conveyed, and she did not mention that there would be a bathroom penalty (I am pregnant but would have rather held it than lose 25% of my investment). After we had taken 5-7 minutes to complete the consent forms, use the restroom, and use the lockers, the game "master" tells us there will be a penalty for showing up late, and does not tell us what the penalty will be. We were never offered the option to have the rest of our party start on time, and those needing to use the restroom join later either. She then takes her sweet time telling us what not to do, how to open each lock, etc. and tells us not to start looking around the room until after the video has finished. Once the clock starts, she takes a 15 minute penalty, giving us only 45 minutes. During our welcome, the game "master" said she would nudge us throughout the experience and help guide us along the way. This did not happen. We didn't escape, and when we asked if she could tell us what was missed or how close we were, she refused. We did Shipwrecked, which was advertised as "starts in the dark," but the entire experience is lit by only Christmas lights and flashlights. We went with elderly relatives who are low vision & did not feel like they got $30+ out of their 45 minute experience. I work in customer service and all new employees have a learning curve. I highly recommend incorporating basic customer service principles and soft skills training into your new hire training program going forward.
