Our family has done many escape games. This one is unique, well-run, and fun. Our team escaped the Killer Basement (which seems to be a continuation of story from some other rooms.) Cali and Khloe (I didn't see spelling) did a great job giving us the rundown, answering questions, and providing clues as requested. A suggestion for improvement, have a not so bright flashlight or 3 available to find around the room. We were given 2, but told to only use them for locks. We didn't want to go against our instructions, but there was a lot that was just not able to be seen without additional light. Also, the party needed a little more music variety. Over all, an amazing experience. Would definitely return to this location. read more

We absolutely had a fabulous time at this escape room experience. In fact, I feel this might be the best one we've been at to date. It's nice to know that they are nearby. Located in Cocoa Village, it's located on the main drag, non-descriptly, and has a nice welcoming lobby area. The young man working the front desk, Aaron, was very helpful and made the experience for us even that much better. We'll be looking to return, as they have some other escape rooms coming up in the next few months that are of interest and intrigue for us. read more

Promptly greeted by our Game Master Aaron who helped us get our belongings locked up and escorted us down a long hall to watch a pre-video about our escape room Super Plumber Bros. Time limit for this room is an hour and it will accommodate 3-10 players. We had three players that day. Two adults and a 14 year old. This room is very well done. We loved the artwork and the layout of the rooms. Our game master provided hints and needed. The room was clean and well lit. We all enjoyed our time and escaped with time to spare. It is listed as an "easy" room but we would recommend you do not sleep on this one. It was well done and we had a great time and this comes from a group that has completed 20+ rooms in different cities. Location of this escape room in cocoa village is nice as there are nearby Icecream or bakery shops if you wanna sweet treat after. Highly recommend! read more

It's in cocoa village, it's a bit tricky to find. They do have their own parking lot. There are lockers for your belongings. The game hostess was friendly & explained everything to us. She also was helpful when we needed hints. We had a good time & the props & photo area was fun. The experience is pricey but we'd go back & try another room. read more

Good escape room. We attempted the Taken escape room. I thought the puzzles were challenging but fair. The room itself was well-designed with some creative puzzles. The two of us were only a few clues removed from solving the room. The game master was happy to offer hints when it was clear that we wouldn't solve a puzzle. Went with a group of 7 and this is tiny place with a 2-3 (?) room options. This is not a well maintained place; lobby is tiny, the monitors in the escape rooms (the actual puzzle rooms) were broken, and we could barely hear the game master (I think the speaker they talked through only worked in the first room, and there was more than one room so after we were out of the first room we couldn't hear her. No specific briefing room (small business as I said, so briefing was watching a pre-recorded video while crowded into the lobby (perhaps 10x15 including chairs and waiver kiosks) The rooms were far too small for 7 players, and were almost entirely dark except for a dim LED lantern - this made it impossible for all party members to do something productive as we had to wait for the lamp to be passed. The puzzles were OK. The room had no real special effects to speak of, just a lot of cheap plastic vines and rubber snakes, which were just in the way and easily confused with actual items you might interact with, and some sound clues and a few chests that popped open. Can't say I would recommend this particular escape room business. read more

Had a great time with my family, I like the smaller group number that is enforced. Puzzles were pretty tough but solvable with instant hints available. Workers on sight were nice and cared about your experience. Would recommend and would like to go back to other rooms some day. read more

Friendly staff, but they lack accountability or the customer service mind to make their shortcomings right by the customer. To not spoil anything, we played 4 rooms. 1 room the clue to get out of the room was not put in the proper order so we were able to get out of the room without solving all the puzzles. We didn't mind because they reset the room and let us solve the rest of it. 2nd room had a tool that was missing the directions needed to use it properly. The staff had seen us do 3 rooms with lots of time to spare showing we were capable but didn't monitor us to see the tool was lacking the proper legend. Additionally, the room required lanterns that the staff admitted weren't charged. The staff plays a huge role in the experience. We felt we were shortchanged and the staff didn't suggest any remedy. EXTREMELY disappointed with 2 of the 4 rooms we did. read more

My fiancé and I had the best time! The Lost Temple Of The Great Alexander room was challenging, and really tested our minds! The room was so well put together, and without giving too much away, was very involved. Drew was so helpful with the clues but never gave us the answers directly which made it all the more fun! This place is a gem, with creative rooms designed by someone who definitely knows his way around an escape room. My partner and I did what he regarded as his easiest one but it was still a blast with a great theme and challenging but logical sequence of puzzles. We're definitely looking forward to coming back at some point to try another of the rooms. read more

Our reservation tonight was for The Lost Temple @ 7pm. We maxed out the 7 person limit but I was able to add on an 8th upon arriving. We arrived promptly at 6:45 due to the strict rules of arriving early to do paperwork or risk losing our time to play. Our group was not taken back to play until 7:20. The claim was to "reset" the room because it was trashed and it would not affect our time. However, everyone else that came in for their 7:30, 8:00 etc were played on time. Anyway, at around 7:50 ish, our group kept asking for hints (they had chosen unlimited hints) and the host kept saying "hello hello hello, can you hear me?". she kept mentioning to the other employees that they couldn't hear her talking to them...time went by...and some more of the same. At first we could hear our group from the waiting area on her speaker but after she could not communicate, we no longer heard them. This was about halfway thru the game. Then towards the end, they were obviously asking for hints again but the host could not reach them: "hello, can you hear me?". She was typing but obviously upset with the typing situation as well, having to ask the other employee why wasn't something working right. I asked her was there a communication problem with the kids? She said yes and that they could not hear her but she can type to them. As I watched her slowly type something...I asked her isn't this affecting their time since they have to wait for the hint to be typed since it's not being given verbally? She said that she was just giving them the answers. I said well that is taking away from the whole experience so would they be able to come back and do this again? Her and the other girl ended up telling me that since there is a lot of them and they're in the back room, they're probably too loud. So that's probably why we can't hear them and they can't hear us. I asked her, so the reason you can't hear them is because the kids are ...talking to escape? And it's not the speaker? They said they didn't know. so then time was up and the host FINALLY got up and went back there and discovered that some door was closed! she ended up asking if they closed a certain door and said THAT was why we could not hear them and they could not communicate! There was no attempt to go check out the issue before the end. They ended up telling the group that they won because they technically had the answer but it was a crappy game play. In the end, we were given a pamphlet for 10% a future visit and their new location. Considering I paid over $230 tonight, I expected the game to start on time since it threw the rest of our night's schedule off. I also expect the game play to be smooth and not a technicality such as "them talking too loud" or "a certain door being closed" to hinder the full effect of the escape experience. I chose to do business with this business over Escape Cocoa Beach and I definitely wouldn't make that mistake again. read more
