I highly do not recommend this firm. They do not fight for you. They do not stick by your side. Opposing to their billboards you are just gas money to them. I received ONE phone call stating a return I was recovering and I asked to fight it and ask for more due to the long term damage of my accident and they came up with excuses and denied my request stating that there wouldn't be any point and that I should take what I'm offered. After that I received another call stating to come receive my payment in which 75% of this payment was given to the firm for "fees". I'd be rather careful as well because I was given this firm by an individual who works for a local towing company. I'd highly recommend taking your case somewhere else for a firm that WILL fight for you. And not try to discourage your claims of a rebuttal to an offer that you think is not worth your time or effort. With all this being said I do want to clarify this is my opinion from my experience and I recommend due diligence ESPECIALLY before taking your claim here. read more

I'm writing this review because we have a really bad experience with the lawyer Luis virguez and I want to prevent to other people since I started the case with him everything goes wrong I applied for my husband the I-130 and in that time I was permanent resident but I was eligible to be a citizen something the I didn't know and he doesn't notice neither we waited for almost 2 years and nothing happened but the my sister was doing some research about the case and she found the I could be eligible for citizenship when we first applied and I call the office asking about my husband case and I can't never get the lawyer to call me so I have to pay a consultation and all he said was just to keep waiting and then when I asked why he didn't tell me the I was eligible to be a citizen when we started the case he said because I didn't get my residency with them but then he said he can help me with my citizenship interview and he charges me $2,000 but he give me q discount of $400 since they do the mistake not realizing I could do that when I started my husband application I got everything ready for my citizenship interview and is when everything got worse because he send this lady the I don't know if is secretary assistant or lawyer because she not even looks professional she was late for the appointment and then she have attitude because I was calling her then in the interview she not even has the information the official was asking for she said because she just got my case anyway I pass the test and for some reason I didn't get approved because part of my file was missing and she said she don't know nothing about plus she said some times it could take up to 2 years for they can resolve the problem obviously I wasn't to happy when I hear that but since I passed the test I don't want to ruin my day ...so we just decided to keep waiting in my husband case since the pandemic slowed everything and finally we received a letter where they approved the I-130 that was October 29 then I started calling the office to find what we need to do next and that was horrible I can't never get in touch with lawyer Luis virguez or the assistant took me almost the all month for I can finally get a appointment by phone and guess who was?? The same person the go with me to the citizenship interview yes it was her she started talking for like 30 minutes without pause and my husband and I barely saying a word so she tell us we have to wait another 3 years for he can get some results and she clearly especified no less the 3 years and saying all bunch of stupid things the I have to start going to sociologists and psikiatrics for they can evaluate me for USCIS can approved my husband to show the he needs to be here with me . .first of all I'm already diagnosed with mental issues since my ex-husband abused me and I have to be in medication for the rest of my life how can she not find that if is in my file,?,? So we decided to contract another lawyer since Luis Virguez can't attend he's customers!!!!! read more
