It took about a 8 months to a year per case but that's usually how long it takes so i couldn't really be mad but they really do fight for every penny every case I've had I've gotten more 5k.19k being the most I've gotten for minor accident way better then any other law firm I've been to . Unfortunately our experience was not a good one and as someone who worked as an executive for Fortune 100 companies for 35 years and prided myself on excellent customer service-Rebecca Sapp and her law firm will not provide anywhere near the level of customer satisfaction that a client deserves. My wife's car accident should have been a lay up for Rebecca Sapp as our F-150 was totaled by an inexperienced 16 year old who was cited at fault by law enforcement. My wife suffered extensive injuries that will challenge her for the rest of her life unless the Lord heals her. Bottom line is that we were relegated to dealing w multiple employees/case administrators who would never call us back or give us regular updates. In fact some of our contacts left the firm and we had to insist on meeting Rebecca Sapp in person-where we received lip service and excuses at best. After close to 2 years of excuses-we received a laughable settlement with again more excuses and apologies. DO NOT use Rebecca Sapp as your Attorney.
