Everyone from the door to the surgery room is so pleasant. I wish they were specialist so we could experience this every eye appointment. Today her procedure went well. Fast and informative. I stayed in the room during for support as she is 16 and they let her know what to expect in a detailed way she could understand but also kept her informed in the room. Overall I would go to them for anything with my eyes or my children. Highly suggest you looking them up for a specialist.

So now I get emails from her selling her books. The a couple of weeks ago I got an email saying I owe them $100 for missing an appointment. I had canceled that appointment when I found out the prescription was wrong. I never received a reminder email or phone call so I called and they reluctantly said I would not have to pay.

It's always very easy to schedule appointments and you can literally take a visit on a lunch break, as she is efficient and honors appointment times. So much respect for doctors and practices that try their best to stay on time and respect your time as well. All of the staff are friendly, they do a great job explaining what to expect, and it's no frills billing that you pay during your appointment time. Aside from my routine eye exams, Dr. Fripps has excellent chair side manner and holds space for you to address any questions or concerns you may have with your eyes. Then not only does she make recommendations, but also tries to give 2-3 recommendations in varying price points and locations (online vs retail) for whatever budget you may be hoping to stay within. This is one of those places you almost wish you visit more than once a year or so, but it's a welcoming practice and she remembers little details about you even though visits are infrequent. Well it has been 2 weeks since I had LASIK done and it has been a life changing experience so far…read more The staff has been wonderful, and the procedure went super fast. Dr. Mullen was my doctor and I he seemed very through to make sure I was a good candidate and that the procedure was going to work well for me. they used more fancy eye equipment and doohickeys then I've ever seen for measurement. I know they are using some new laser tech (sorry don't know the name) but it was able to correct some of my astigmatism so thing have been really clear too. (there is some haloing at night but they say it will clear up in a few months. really look forward to swimming later in the summer, but I've enjoy riding my motorcycle and using regular sunglasses. The price was very affordable (to me anyway) for the new procedure. Was glad I was refereed to him and his staff.
