I was over it and had no idea where to turn, so I googled "professional lice removal service richmond, va" and bam, I found Lice Happens within seconds.... Candice came out to my home the next morning, and my daughter was back in school the same day. Not only did Candice educate us about everything we did (and didn't) want to know about head lice, she made sure they were gone. She also showed us how to comb, and what we needed to do to prevent head lice from returning. When she left I felt this huge sense of relief. I knew what exactly I needed to clean in my home and what I didn't. I would recommend Lice Happens to anyone who is or was struggling as much as my family was with head lice.

On my way to pick my daughter up from school, I called to make an appointment. The owner scheduled me for an appointment in an hour. I arrived 30 minutes early and she took us as an appointment ahead of me had cancelled. They checked me as well and found nits! I had no idea I had anything because I wasn't even itching! From start to finish My daughter and I enjoyed our treatment. We forgot we were there for icky bugs and felt like we were in a fun and fancy salon! There was a trainee learning the craft and she was just as pleasant and thorough as the owner. As most people know, this is not a cheap service. But trying to kill them on and get rid of the nits on your own is very hard. It was worth every single penny for peace of mind and a follow up appointment. I chose the Elite package (I believe it's called) and I didn't have to do my own follow up for the price. I later called a friend who had lice in her family last year and she said she wish she would have just went as her family kept getting lice back and forth for over a month. Point is. Go here if you ever have to. She put my mind at ease and My daughter and I can sleep on our clean sheets peacefully tonight :). Thank you so much again for your wonderful, friendly service.
