i want to express how disgusted i am with the new system shaw is using…read more it is next to impossible to speak to a person everything is now done on line.guess what? not all of us want to or can do online.my next option is to sit at my computer for 10/12 minutes for online chat only to be told to download shaw app because they can no longer process payment arrangements.i could try phoneing but that is a 20/30 minute wait.who the hell wants or can sit on hold for that long? yes there are still people who dont live on their cell phones..me!! where did customer service go? for people like me and seniors this system is a slap in the face,we don't matter!!! only those can do evreything online matter to shaw...sad!! i am looking for another provider....

Took phone in for batterie change. Pick up phone and they informed us that the home button fell…read moreapart when they opened it. Said they tried to glue it but it didn't work. Lady was rude. Still charged us for battery even though they broke phone. Get home and discover front camera doesn't work either. Friend told us exact same thing happened to them. Emailed them and they didn't even have decency to answer. Now we buy a new phone because they wrecked it and have no idea what they are doing
