It's very seldom I give a 5 star review…read more Dale Drost went above and beyond on our last visit. My wife and I stopped in to see about lowering our bill. During the course of our conversation I mentioned I was ready to drop verizon and make some kind of payment arrangement for the remaining balance. Dale asked us to give him a few minutes to make a call. A short while later we had replacement fold 4s which had either stopped working completing or had severe screen separation issues making the inner screen useless. And this was after both Samsung and verizon both had already said too bad nothing we can do. It pays to go to a store instead of online sometime! Thanks Dale!
