I work in IT so have no issue with ordering services and products online, however my home TV, Broadband and phone haven't really been a priority for me, as they all work well enough. I wandered into the Virgin Media store to upgrade my mobile, this was hassle free thanks to a helpful member of staff and was sorted out in no time. Then came a question about my home services, which for shame I hadn't changed in 7 years...
A quick discussion and a bit of extra time landed me a Tivo box, new router (with upgraded 50Mb connection) and the best part, this was going to cost me less than my present services. Needless to say this was a rather satisfying shopping experience and I would definitely say it is worthwhile for existing Virgin customers to nip in for a chat. read more
