I wandered into the Virgin Media store to upgrade my mobile, this was hassle free thanks to a helpful member of staff and was sorted out in no time. Then came a question about my home services, which for shame I hadn't changed in 7 years... A quick discussion and a bit of extra time landed me a Tivo box, new router (with upgraded 50Mb connection) and the best part, this was going to cost me less than my present services. Needless to say this was a rather satisfying shopping experience and I would definitely say it is worthwhile for existing Virgin customers to nip in for a chat.

They also assist in upgrades and switching accounts. As many of Virgin Media's contact and support is done online it is actually quite nice to be able to have someone to talk to face to face about the issues you experiencing or the questions that you may have about their services.
