No one is ever in the office when we need to get ahold of someone. When they do answer, they are incompetent in answering my questions. You can tell that they overwork their employees too. Hire a different company. If I could give 0 stars I would. :)

I thought it would be a nice surprise for her to have the house cleaned while we were out. I called up the owner, Nikki and even though it was last minute, she was able to squeeze me in and I am so grateful. She was the only one who was able to come that day, and her prices were super affordable. The floors were scrubbed down, the sink smelled nice, they cleaned the windows and couch, and they folded the laundry too, and it wasn't even something i asked them to do! Nikki! I love you! My mom was so pleased! She asked for your number and she's thinking of having you come by regularly.

They also are just such upright and polite guys who are very knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough. They gave me a very reasonable quote as well. Extremely disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional…read more I called American Mold Remediation a few months ago to get started on a very major job in my house. Initially I was surprised that they had no real answering service or professional voicemail, but didn't realize at the time what a red flag that was. I spoke briefly with who I assume was the owner, who immediately told me to call a "third party" testing company. I obliged, called the company he referred me to, and was told it would cost a minimum of $450 for testing alone. This didn't seem necessary considering that the mold is completely visible all over my house, and the type of mold doesn't make a difference in how it's treated. But ok... I called the American Mold Remediation back a week later and left a voicemail... Waited almost three weeks with no response before I called again. Spoke with the owner who said he could come assess the property but would have to call back because his phone was dying. Still never heard from him! If this is how they conduct business BEFORE even getting paid, I'd hate to see what happens after I cut the check. Thankfully I've found another, more reliable company.
