Compared to everything else you can have in Madrid, I believe 3 stars is fair.
One thing, I have to give them props for the variety. The menu has sandwiches with the classic jamon serrano but also a full english breakfast with sausages and eggs.
Their orange juice is outstanding. Freshly squeezed and they serve it straight up lets say, no ice.. no need for ice either.
They have coffee, cafe con leche, chocolate milk, juices and even shakes. I tried the white chocolate shake and personally, nothing to remember.
It is a good place to grab breakfast if you woke up too late to go to another smaller , not-a-chain restaurant.
