I got 2 haircuts thereafter the course of two years and the first time lazy, unimpressive and barely changed anything except trim a few split ends and didn't even finish the job and make the ends look unnatural and gross I had to politely tell her myself to fix her blunt, eneven and choppy edges. The second time, they absolutely butchered my hair beyond repair and it's going to take years to grow back and it looks awful! I literally cried for days after this horrible hair cut. I have long, thick, flowing hair that I would always receive compliments on. I'm not trying to sound vain I only say this because I have low self esteem and my hair was the one thing I liked about myself and my looks. I still want to cry when I think about. I came back a the same week and showed the staff how bad it was asked for a free quick touch up and they REFUSED to help me and we're extremely rude and unprofessional. The entire staff there is a joke and worthless and incompetent at their jobs. The only place the people should be giving haircuts here is free ones to Federal Inmates, maybe underprivileged children or the homeless. Although they already have enough problems to deal with without terrible haircuts. The wouldn't even help me fix it or offer a refund. And I waited over an hour for my turn. 60$ for this kind of service. Everyday I look in the mirror and I remember how destroyed my hair is and it's gone. I got a bad haircut once and went back for help in a different salon years and they happily fixed it and had paper forms for me to fill out and everything. So them refusing to help was just their pathetic laziness, unwillingness to work and their half baked hair cuts that are unfinished. Avoid this place like the plauge if you love your hair like I did. The entire staff deserves to be fired.

It sooooo is not even close to the pictures I showed her! Cut straight across in the back - no tapering - very boxy looking. My hair waa also cut much shorter than the picture I showed her, so disappointed in that regard as well. The front, while cut shorter around my face, again was not like the picture I showed. My cut is ... ok, BUT it certainly is NOT what I was hoping for! Not EVEN close! Noticed she cut the woman's hair prior to mine very boxy looking as well. I wanted a wolf cut and eye length bangs but instead She ended up giving me a bob and very short bangs to the point that I almost cried when I seen them and she immediately says " don't look yet they're wet and not styled" like that would fix the length of them. Wanted to write this review today to let everyone know my unfortunate visit on Sunday. Should have…read moreknown better, but too long of wait on Saturday and Manager said wouldn't be as busy on Sunday. Found out the hard way why it's not busy on Sunday, the Sunday Manager was just as sloppy with her management as she looked and dressed, the two women working didn't seem to care and very slow and she unfortunately found some gay guy in back to cut my hair. Should have trusted my instincts and ran! But, figured better give him a chance, so told him I just wanted a trim, he asked scissors then, so assumed he understood not to cut it too short. I have wore my hair over my ears and just above my collar for 40 years, after cutting all my hair off as short as he could with scissors he left about an inch on top and that was the only thing he asked me " is that short enough". I told him I didn't want it that damn short. Anyway, it appears that he only knows one way to cut a man's hair, can't imagine what he does with women's hair. He cut my hair just like my mom did when I was twelve and that was 50 years ago and I never let her cut my hair since and that guy will never cut my hair again either! I've had the same woman cut my hair for the last 40 years back home and for the last 3 years when I can't get back home I have went here. I have never had a problem with the women that cut it, apparently this gay asshole is so arrogant that he knows how I should wear my hair better that I do. Well, it's my head and my money and I am not a happy customer!
