Waited...no show. Went online to Thumbtack and then emailed the company. I get a response "I'm not going to make it...the app wouldn't let me message you". Seriously? I could message him on it. Besides even if true, the very least he could do would be to apologize since HE agreed to the appointment time on Thumbtack. Utterly irresponsible!
