This is my favorite Go To Nail Spot! I just tried Kat's Eye Gel Manicure Nails for the first time and my nails are

Jack and Lee are great, I've been going there for over 10 years .. I would recommend them to everyone. Always friendly and never rude. It's not the typical salon where you have to listen to them talk about you in a different language.. read more

The owners are very nice and it is a comfortable space. They do a nice job with both manicures and pedicures.

Can anyone explain to me why they never have any availability when I call? Owner told me we full today we full tomorrow and full Saturday. Like I can never get an appointment here and it never looks busy ? read more

I love Jack and Lee at VIP nails! They're kind, talented and so considerate. They make sure you're happy with your nails and go above and beyond to achieve whatever look. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Don't go to this place. They rush through the service just to move on to the next client. It felt careless and not relaxing at all. I didn't like it, total waste of time when you're looking to unwind. read more

I go to Jack for my nail needs. He is very good and quick. He doesn't talk you to death either. Quiet and relaxing.

I have been here twice and I love it! The female owner has done my pedicure and she is amazing. It's by appointment only which is great! I definitely recommend. Thank you VIP nails. read more

The younger girl toward the back of the salon does a really good job. They don't take walk ins so you must book your appt. read more

I love coming here jack and his wife Le are the only people that service me for my acrylic full set and gel pedicure and they always do such a fabulous job I'll forever keep coming here I've been coming since 2018! These are a few of the sets jack has done over the years and the gel polish I get on my feet last a whole month before I go back and see them! Prices are a fair price especially for all acrylic full set with specialty nails as well! I always get nothing but compliments by family, coworkers, and strangers lol about where I get them done who does them etc. read more

Needed a pedicure and my regular salon is closed on Sundays- read other reviews and thought I would try this one. And I am glad I did- the sign says appt only but I went in any ways- after a short wait I was able to get my pedicure. I watched Jack complete two manicures while I was there- both customers appeared to be regulars and were happy with their nails. My tech seemed to be new but did a good job. She was not comfortable doing art work so Le did it and I could not have been happier. It was what I wanted- a little flower with some color. It's a quiet shop so if you need a place to relax and get quality work this is the place. read more

I will never come back here again! I do not recommend this little hole in the wall to anyone!! I should have went with my gut feeling the first time, but I gave it a chance! I have been here four times and only received nail services from Ivy. She continually cuts my skin and makes it bleed. She files my nails unevenly and this time I asked her to fade the color and only to see it look like a straight line. We had to go back-and-forth until it looked halfway decent. I asked her to curve my nail and it looks like a board. I've asked her before to do this and she just can't get it right. I asked her to do other designs before and she tells me that she can't do it. It also is disappointing to always find acrylic all over my fingers and the back of my fingers and she won't clean it up. When she cut me I told her I am bleeding and she just nodded her head and said okay. I asked her again and she continued to work on my nails then she finally put alcohol on it. When I got home I poured hydrogen peroxide and almost all of my fingers were burning. I am very unhappy with this place charging me so much money and not getting what I pay for!!! Please see the attached photos to visually see what I explained above. Also she is not who she say she is! I asked her why does her picture look different on her business license and she said that's what everybody says. The picture on the license on the wall is an old lady with glasses. She is not old she is young!!! Make me wonder what's really going on in there. Hmmmm read more

Before I called to make an appointment, I was reading the reviews and there was good ones and bad ones so I decided to go. The service was nice and the environment was peaceful. Ivy was really nice to me, very helpful and she did a good job on my toes. Don't mind my weird looking toes but she did an awesome job read more

Okay I'm not one to bash on places, but I had to post regarding this salon. I've came here a few times and now I realize the reason I don't. I went to get my nails done last Friday and it seems that they've already chipped! Not only that but the person who was doing my sails was not listening to how I want d my nails done. All I requested was for a gel polish and not it looks horrid! The place itself is very clean and nice and the people are okay. The total cost for a pedicure and gel manicure was 46 dollars and now they're chipped! If you can go somewhere else! read more

I love when Jackie Chan do my Pink and White's! Just beautiful! I say go. You will not be disappointed. Update: 10/28/18 The customer service has totally went down hill. I've been coming here for almost two years and have also brought others in with me. They don't appreciate people, Jack always have an attitude. When you make an appointment and come in for the time you scheduled they still want you to wait another 30 to 45 minutes! It's ridiculous. They prices are also outrages but i didn't mind paying cause i liked the work but i refuse to be treated rudely or unappreciated when I'm spend my coins! Bye V.I.P read more

I highly recommend VIP nails. Moving to the west coast has been rough on my nails. The dry heat makes them chip more and they aren't lasting as long. I've tried three places so far and VIP nails seems to be the best for me. I normally got dip nails in NJ but they do not work for me out here. When I explained this to the nail tech he jumped right in & recommended other options for me. He knew I was on a budget so we worked it all out and I love my nails. I received a pedicure as well and it was super relaxing. There are several pedicure options too! The massage that she gave was amazing and really helped my legs and feet. VIP nails is very clean and the staff is very nice. It is located right in the Walmart shopping center plaza over by Verizon! I look forward to getting my nails done again here. read more

Way too overpriced and mediocre service. Tried getting a simple acrylic French tip and it was $55. Kept telling her I didn't want gel but she still did it so not sure if that's why it was so much. But never again. read more

I live on the other side, and I don't mind the trip when I know my nails will be done right. Jack does a phenomenal job every time he does my nails. I'm very picky with my shape of my nails and he never disappoints. I barely have any time to do anything, so I love getting my nails done by him because they last ( yes, I'm really bad lol ). He is definitely the best to me. His wife, Le always does a stunning job on my pedicures. They are amazing!. read more

Very nice customer service but the work definitely needs to be more meticulous. My nails are all different lengths, the color is very sloppy, and my nails still have leftover acrylic. I paid 36.50 to get my full set taken off and just gel polish. read more

manicure and gel overlay 30.00 First time here, I was hesitant with the manicure procedure. She used a tool I've never seen before, like a miniature sickle. I was kinda scared. I didn't feel like it was completely sanitary and I was kinda surprised that my manicurist let out a big cough without covering her mouth, so it was pretty much right in my face :(, she covered her face after that though. At this point I was hoping for the best outcome with this whole experience. 3 days later: one nail began to chip slightly. Almost a week now and 5 nails are chipped pretty well from normal everyday wear. I don't bite my nails or do anything rough with them at all. I don't even do dishes..lol. So, not too happy with my results after not even a full week. I liked my manicurist, but just not the service maybe it was the brand or quality of gel. read more

I don't know what it is about Vegas nail salons, but I got cut again. Last time I was here in February, this happened at another place. While visiting, I thought I'd give this place a chance. Wish I didn't. The good news is, the cut isn't as bad as the first time. read more

The place is clean the women seem nice but Jack is rude and talks down to customers, He had the nerve to get mad cause I said I only wanted him to do my nails, I dont like being shifted around from tech to tech. Paying customers should have the right to request who they want handling them it's their money and their nails, toes etc that's being done. Then he lied and said other people was ahead of me for him when there was only one person he had ahead of me. This establishment is racist towards people of color. HE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE VERY RUDE SERVICE!!! read more

Today was my first time here. I absolutely loved my nails . My nail tech Khoa (Jack ) was amazing. He acknowledge me as soon as I walk in . I had an appointment and only waited for 5 min . He listen to me . Had a good time talking with my nail tech . The Shop was so organized. Finally someone with manors . The price was reasonable and the quality was perfect . I loved my French Nail Set . Will definitely be back . read more

Wish I could give this place a zero. The girl doing my nails the other day wouldn't have a conversation even though I tried to drag one out of her. She watched whatever was on her phone while filing my nails crooked. Whatever she was watching had her giggling and stopping on my nails so she could talk to another woman in their language. Botton line is they were Rude, bad first impression and I would never go back. read more

One of the worst pedicures ever... their products they use are less than desirable and very cheap!!! The lady doing my pedicure cut the bottoms of both my feet with her thumb fingernail!!!! It hurt so bad I wanted to scream!! Then when it came to polishing she had my legs in the most uncomfortable position..... I thought this was supposed to be relaxing??? Never Again read more

This nail shop is absolutely HORRIBLE! My best friend and I came here to get pedicures on January 26 and they the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. The two ladies that did our pedicures were VERY rough and unfriendly. The nail tech that did my pedicure cut my left toe so badly that it hurts when I walk and I was bleeding pretty badly (never received an apology btw). My best friend specifically asked her nail tech, to cut her toenails into a round shape and her nail tech completely ignored her! When it came to pay, the guy who took our payment gave us the same NEGATIVE ENERGY. I will never return to this nail shop or recommend anyone to go here unless you are a fan of being cut, ignored, and being treated poorly. read more

I came in for a regular pedi and removal of my previous acrylic for a manicure. I did my pedi first, it was fine. When I went to soak my nails in the acid tone, I waited an HOUR soaking them. an hr is a ridiculous time to wait. The guy came by the first time and the acrylic was completely already off, he just had to scrape it off with one of tools..(how I've seen in many other nail salons do) instead this guy grabbed a paper towel to wipe them off? The paper towel made it worse and he had me soak and wait again. Which made it easy for him to make me wait while they attended 3-4 other ppl. So finally the lady did my nails. When I went to go pay, my total was $47 dollars. He said the removal of the acrylic was $10. Which is a ridiculous high price for just soaking them and having me wait an hour. Whatever I paid, but these nails are not worth $47 dollars. I've already messed them up cause I was ready to get out of there after being in there for 3hrs. But the lady didn't do a great job at coating them properly. This place is alright. I always request for Nathan to do my fills or full sets. Other than that i don't think I'll be back again read more

This was one of my worst experiences with a nail salon. I came into see my grandmother and treat her to a manicure and some gel. I decided to do my nails as well. First they start prepping my grandmother for a full set and not what we had asked, and when pointed out was accused of informing him wrong. Okay, no biggie. They do my nails, and the lady was going to leave my nails without buffing or coating! ???? I ask if she could please put a top coat and she does, thank you. In the end we go to pay and the lady says one charge and the guy spouts out something else. Well now, if you are gonna charge more than any other nail salon I've been to, you should know how to do your job. We already spent so much time there and needed to leave that when we noticed our MANY errors I took the hit and promise we will never go back. All my nails were different lengths....? I had to go home and refile them to be in unison. The nail polish bubbled and was uneven. My grandmothers was gloppy and not cleaned at the beds and looked very bad. 2 days later and the edges of her nail polish is coming up. I'm VERY disappointed. read more

Love this nail spot. The staff are nice and have a good attitude. If you make appt there is no wait. The best part of the place is that the quality of work is on point. A gel fill lasts me 3 weeks to a month with no nails breaking. I also get my eyelashes done here and they are really good price and last 2 to 3 weeks. I would recommend this place without any hesitation. (: read more

If I can put 0 Stars I would. Rudest worst customer service! I dropped off my mom and they had her waiting for over 40 minutes and when it was finally her turn a "regular" customer walked in WITH NO APPOINTMENT and they took her first before my mom and told her she had to wait another 40 minutes with an attitude and being so rude to her.
