It also hosts other civic groups like Kiwanas Club, ladies auxiliary groups for the veterans and others. Most not profit organizations can use the building for little or no costs. But the building can be rented for almost any use such as weddings, receptions, meetings, political groups, baby showers, birthday parties or any such thing. It has large and small rooms for rent, a full kitchen, chairs and tables to accommodate nearly 400 people, sound system, stage with lighting and curtains and restrooms. Parking-adequate for our group of maybe 250 people. Views-amazing! There are empty fields adjacent to this facility, so the mountain views are unobstructed. It makes for some lovely backdrops. Lighting- we were here during the late afternoon and early evening. There is tons of natural light. Plus, the white walls help keep things bright. Everyone looks terrific in their pictures-no harsh shadows. Gardens-pretty, but small. If you want lush gardens full of flowers, trees, bushes, etc-this has potential...in several years. But since it's new, so is the landscaping. Audio-this was rough. The inside is extremely echo-y, making it near impossible to understand when someone is talking in the mic. During the meal, it was also hard to talk to people at our table because it was so loud. This would be one area I'd strongly recommend they look into. Staff-I was a guest, so my staff interaction was limited. But I saw several folks with nametags refilling food, tidying up and checking on various things around the venue. They were always pleasant and professional. I hope to attend other events here in the future to see how this place progresses. I can tell that it's a labor of love and the folks who run it really care.

When I went to reserve after the weekend, they increased the pricing and when I called their attention to it, they said they never had that pricing (see screenshots). They asked for proof and when I provided their proof, I received two different responses of basically, 'too bad....and opps, we raised prices because of rent..." When I sent them screenshots of their ads after this conversation, they still didn't honor the price. When they declined a refund, I opted to forge ahead since I already paid for it. I never sent any notice saying I was cancelling. During this time, there was no email confirmation with, at the very least, an emergency contact number and the name of the person who would be there for this event (per their contract). On the day of the event, we arrived 90-minutes after our 4-hour block started. Whoever was supposed to be there, wasn't nor did they attempt to call me. They left. When I emailed she referred to me asking for a refund and saying she stayed for an hour. Last I knew, if someone pays for their block, it shouldn't matter when they come, it's their block of time. If she had called me before leaving, she would have found out that we would be arriving later during our block because of our conference starting at another location before arriving there for lunch and the remainder of them time. There was never a process to ensuring seamless communication and safety. If you're doing a wedding there, buyer beware! Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. Their pricing was way too low in my opinion, but their integrity and communication matched it.

They refuse to call back, reach out, unless we continually bug them. They have yet to refund us a portion of our fee as they agreed to. They are making it very difficult to find them and work with them. It's such a bummer, because we liked the venue, but working with them is less than desirable. Buyer beware - they are non responsive when you really have a need for feedback and help.
