Loved the flowers and customer service! I ordered the Hermosa Haze bouquet and wow was it beautiful! They gave use several huge peonies and lots of unique flowers, which I know is normally A LOT more expensive at other flower shops. For the price of the bouquet it was very big and full of blossoming and yet to open unique flowers. Not only did she love the flowers I got her, I had a wonderful experience with the customer support! I had to make some changes and after calling and leaving a message I got a text from lovely Jelena. She quickly and kindly helped me sort out everything and even edited my note for the flowers. From the moment they set up, Mala and the entire Viola Floral team transformed our dull office space with beautiful, vibrant flowers that created an inviting and uplifting atmosphere. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly passionate about their work.
