On the day of the service, we went to the cemetery and when we arrived, we noticed our specific arrangements ordered from this place were thrown on the ground and broken, with roses out of place and in the ground, while the other arrangements from other shops were nicely placed and displayed. as a grieving family, you would want everything to go as plan, smooth and beautiful, as appreciation for your loved one. My husband called Gladys, and spoke to him and said that the arrangements were placed at the gravesite, but yet when she sent the pictures, it was no where near our grandbaby's site. Very disappointed that after talking with her, she was adiment that it was not her delivery workers but instead blamed it on Rose Hills. My husband all he wanted from Gladys and the flower shop to take responsibility for the misdelivered of the flowers arrangements and destruction. Please do not place your orders with this shop, unless you want these arrangements destroyed.

Little Tokyo Florist at first quoted a higher price than I was expecting, but was able to lower the price and include as many orchids as possible within my budget. It turned out that a lot of orchids fit within the budget! The design of the spray was very beautiful, as I expected from photos of her work on Yelp. Delivery was $40 and the spray was $300, not including tax. After tax the total was $373.15. The flowers lasted a long time after the service, so we definitely got some fresh flowers.

We then went on by showing him what we wanted and the specific flowers. We wanted peonies but it wasn't its season anymore the wedding was in September so we just missed it's peak. He was very straight forward about the flowers and that he would try and get what we wanted but would let us know if he couldn't. We didn't get the color specifically we wanted but he worked his magic to make it look just as perfect. All in all the bouquet was everything we wanted! Would highly recommend. Buyer beware!! This extremely unprofessional business will attack you on yelp if you dare to write a review that merely conveys the experience you have as a customer. He sent me a personal message that was an outright attack on me as a human being. Tempted to post it here if he continues with his bullying behavior. Such an unkind human being and honestly, such an unprofessional way to conduct your business. People like you, sir should not be running a business if you can't handle customer complaints about your product and or services. I run a small business myself and deal with customers who aren't happy. It's all part of the job. This isn't your personal Facebook or Twitter feed, where you are free to disparage ppl because you don't like their opinion. It's a platform for customers to share their own experiences with other potential customers. To attack peoples personal character and troll their yelp account because they are exercising their right as a consumer, speaks to your own unfit character. Poor Customer Service…read more I simply wanted to have a few balloons filled with helium and was prepared to pay the inflation fee. I was initially told that I needed to purchase something for $15 or more, which I was willing to do. However, additional stipulations were then placed on the service, and at that point it became very clear that they simply did not want to assist me. If the store did not offer helium inflation without a larger purchase, they could have simply said so. There was no need to make the experience unnecessarily difficult or make me feel as though my business was unwanted. I ended up going across the street to Balloons, where I received the service for a cheaper price and, more importantly, much better customer service. It really does not cost anything to be polite, respectful, and helpful to your customers. That is ultimately what we are paying for--not just the product or service, but the experience of being treated with courtesy. I would much rather spend my money at a business where I feel welcomed and appreciated than at a place that seems determined to find reasons not to assist me with something as simple as filling a few balloons with helium.
