I received a referral to use Vinyl Medic for repair/replacement of 6 examination/treatment tables and 14 pieces of rehabilitation equipment. As a rehabilitation facility that caters to veterans with head injuries, PTSD, etc... It was important that this job was done within a reasonable time period and done correctly. The original owner, who, at the time was dying of brain cancer, went above and beyond making certain that everything was done correctly. However, within 6+ months of his passing, I contacted the company regarding the excessive wear of the material and that I would like them to evaluate the reason and see if it could be resolved. The new owner, Kevin, offered a vinyl conditioner, but was resistant to replacement. After numerous conversations, he agreed to replace 2 pieces out of all the previous work. He said that he would contact me once the vinyl was delivered. 2-3 mos later, I contacted him again since I had not heard from him, and he said that he sold the company to Randy, and that he would take care of the 2 pieces. After scheduling with Randy 2x, and him not showing up either, I was forced to seek out another company to repair/replace the original work that lasted less than a year. It is a shame that the original owner could not be here to make sure that his company would live up to the stellar reputation that he created. Unfortunately, I do NOT recommend this company. read more
