The only issue was that it was slightly too long for my liking. So they offered to add a hoop chain at the length I wanted so I didn't have to get rid of the rest of the gold. They did this at no extra charge, going above and beyond. Because of the interactions I had with the lovely employees and owner I decided to take a leap of faith and leave a family heirloom my grandmothers engagement ring she gave to me. Unfortunately it was missing a diamond whe it was gifted to me and needed repair. When I came back to Simmons to pick up my chain and ring both pieces looked amazing and were exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with the result I left some more pieces. 2 rings that needed resizing, a broken chain that needed repairing, and a gold bracelet that needed a couple links removed. I came back about a week later and once again everything looks amazing!!!!! I cannot express how amazing and personable the employees of this shop are. They made me feel so comfortable during the entire process of leaving my family heirlooms to get a bit of a make over. Unfortunately after a few weeks of going in and learning that my chain was not ready, they texted me to say that they lost my chain but I could go in and choose another one. My heart was broken but Hannah was really patient and helpful in finding a similar chain and I chose (and paid) for a pendant to go along with it. A couple weeks later I moved to another city when I got a text that they found my chain, so drove the 4 hours round-trip to pick it up. They did a good job, were still friendly and waived the $25 mending fee. Things happen but customer service makes all the difference! I'm thrilled to have had a happy ending by being reunited with my gold chain.

I participated in an online auction. I have never received my items, after 3 weeks and multiple…read morerequests. I have not received an invoice. I have not received tracking confirmation. They took my money and provided no service whatsoever, except to waste my time. Oh, and the auction was a chaotic mess. 171 lots were listed for auction Aug. 10. That didn't happen but no explanation was offered. Then Aug. 13. After the bidding the items were relisted several days later. Aug. 20 the exact same 171 lots were listed. I won 7 lots. Instead of confirming my wins, they relisted the entire auction for Aug. 25. with the previous bids in place. If this is legal, it is certainly not ethical. So people bid against me and I still won 4 lots. They took my money Aug. 27. No invoice, no tracking, no items. I sent multiple emails but no response. Finally when I gave them a negative review on Trustpilot they reached out to me. I am not the only one to complain about this auction or their pathetic service. All their correspondence is "we are working on it" "we take your concerns seriously." Nothing substantive. No remediation. They still have not sent an invoice, my items or my money back. They want me to go away and leave my money in their account out of disgust and frustration. Not doing that. I am filing a complaint with their state licensing board, my credit card company and anyone who needs to hear about this scam.
