The shop's communication is poor! On top of this, the Gaithersburg store, seen from the windows, looked disorganized and dumpy.

Cleanliness: 4-5/5 Items: 4/5…read morePrice: 4/5 The shop was clean and the workers wore a mask. There was also a screen between the customer and where you pay. The prices ranged from around 5$ to around $15 for clothes. They have more than clothes, but I was primarily looking for vintage clothes, extravagant clothing, and early 2000s bright crop tops for a photo shoot. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for, but they did have a wide variety of clothes from men suits to a wedding dress (only 1 I saw) to regular daily wear. The items were sorted by size and price rack, which made it easier to browse. It was an okay thrift store and clean, but it wasn't my cup of tea regarding what they had. Regardless, I recommend just checking it out since each thrift store is different and may appeal to different people.

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had trying to sell our antiques. It is a wonder…read morehow this lady's shop has remained open. This lady offered to come to our house to look at our antiques, but refused to use a GPS or MapQuest. Therefore, she obviously got lost. When she did arrive, over an hour late, she blamed it on us (yelled) for giving her bad directions. She then goes off on many tangents, complaining about her knee problems, how no one came into her shop the day before so she fell asleep. And the worst of it was how she went off about how her children did not want her antiques either, in front of our grandmother who is trying to sell the antiques! This lady is extremely rude and arrogant. We should have kicked her out of our house when she first arrived. She was not welcome. I highly suggest anyone choosing to use her in the future, use any other business. Anyone else would be better, hell, you'd be better selling your antiques on your own! This is one lady that needs to close her business permanently and retire!!

I was beginning to think about reupholstering mine because it is over 20 years old and after 20 years of grandchildren climbing all over it it was showing its age. As soon as I walked in I was met by Mustafa who asked if he could help me find what I wanted. I told him about my chair and how I was hoping to replace it rather than reupholster it. I took out my phone and showed him some pictures of my chair and ottoman and the sofa that is in the same room. I also showed him photographs I took screenshots of on line of chairs made by Craftmaster. He began showing me Craftmaster chairs but none felt nearly as comfortable as the chair I have. Then he asked if he could show me chairs made by another company that is also made in the United States, called England. I said yes and as soon as I sat in one I knew I found a chair that was as comfortable as what I was hoping for. I also liked the style of the chair. However it had a mechanism that allowed you to put your legs up and I wanted an ottoman. He told me no problem, it came without that feature and with an ottoman. Then I asked him about fabrics that chair came in and he brought me over to the fabric area, which was impressive. He pulled out the most perfect color fabric which amazed me. I was thinking this was too good to be true and asked him the price. I realized it was going to cost me less that reupholstering my chair. I told him I would bring a cushion from my couch to be sure it matched since he had only seen a picture of my couch on my phone. When I got home I looked at reviews of the business and was stunned at how bad they were. How could they be so awful when Mustafa was so nice to be and so skilled at finding me the perfect chair, ottoman, and fabric at a good price. I was tempted to not go back... but fortunately I did. I brought my cushion in to show him and sure enough... the fabric he picked was a perfect match! I bought the chair and ottoman. Mustafa was delightful to do business with. Perhaps some of the other salespeople are not as nice or as good, but I was lucky to get the salesman I did. If you go there, I recommend you ask for this salesman. The furniture and rugs are in this showroom are beautifully displayed, and there is a wide range of style for everyone's taste. The showroom is not at all crowded. Now that I saw what they have and how reasonable the prices are, I look forward to updating more of my furniture and rugs with this salesman in the future.
