Super nice staff. Very comforting. Aubrey, thank you. Thank you for taking care of my wife and our fur baby in a time in need. It was almost as if Angel was one of your own. You called to check up on Angel a few times which meant the world to my wife. Shows you actually care! Thank you for everything you had done to make Angel feel at home even when she wasn't. Dr. Drelich, thank you for always returning our calls even after hours and talking my wife through some things to help out our sweet sassy Angel. We appreciate you guys so much. Will definitely be bringing our future fur babies in. Rest in Paradise Angel! We miss you

My dog bandit had an ear infection so we went to Vineyard Veterinary Hospital. My dog is very familiar with veterinary care since he is also a seizure dog and goes to the veterinary hospital a lot unfortunately. The appointment went fine. They administered his ear medicine at the hospital and sent me home with the rest of the medication. Once I got home and tried to administer first ear medicine he fought me. He didn't let me near his ear with the medicine which is not like his behavior or demeanor. He has always been the best little patient ever. He always takes his meds since we have to give his seizure medication 3 times a day. This is also not the first ear infection he has had and always allowed me to apply medication to his ear. But, something happened at the hospital. Someone hurt him at the hospital when they applied his first dose to his ear. I am so pissed off for this situation.

Honey all patched back up! Thank you Vineyard vet

I've had dozens and dozens of animals over the years big and small and I hadn't had a good vet experience in probably the last 6-8 visits. A lot of people have been telling me to try out Vineyard vet. I took one of my dogs in for a bad cut she got and it was a great experience, a lot of the staff came from a vet that I had used for probably close to 20 years but has gone downhill and lost my confidence. Looks like the good people have moved over here. Vineyard veterinary restored my faith in vets. So thank you very much for fixing my dog and giving me some confidence in vets again.

Our daughter adopted an older dog while away at college and it turns out she had skin tags and one bursted. They told her she would have to have it removed and noticed after inspection that she needed some teeth removed too. They were very sweet and explained how the process would go in laymen terms putting her at ease. Everything went great and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this place for your dog.

Score!! I had read some of the reviews so I was like oh no after I made the appointment but I went anyways. My baby was so scared and the vet tech was so sweet and loving to they dr came in and spent a good 30 min talking to me about things to look for and I said let test her at her next appointment in 4 months this way we have a marker of her now and in 4 months to make sure she doesn't have any of the markers that would a genetic defect or anything we need to worry about. I was last appointment so they were ready to go and I didn't feel rush or not welcome. I mean the lady that checked me out reminded me of my mom just no nonsense straight to point type of person but not unpleasant. I am glad I kept my appointment and I feel better know she is just a heavy breathing kitty I think most people who had negative comments either had no life experiences or they are the problem idk I definitely will go back and recommend

Her regular vet wasn't able to see her, and our local ER had a seven hour wait time. I was panicked and started frantically Googling nearby veterinarians. This hospital had amazing reviews, so I decided to take a chance and call. From the moment I explained the situation, they didn't hesitate, they told me to bring her in right away. When we arrived, the entire staff was warm, compassionate, and incredibly welcoming. You could feel that they genuinely care about both pets and their owners. In the middle of a stressful situation, that kind of kindness makes all the difference. Dr. Gill was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was happening and what our options were. His bedside manner is exceptional, calm, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. I truly love my current vet, which says a lot, but after this experience, I will be switching to VRVH. I don't mind the 40 minute drive one bit for this level of care. It is worth every single mile. If you're ever in a stressful situation with your pet and need a team you can trust, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Epic Vets Hospital…read more On November 5, 2025, our world shifted. It became one of the hardest nights we've had to live through, a night that now sits beside the deepest losses our family has known. We were eating dinner when our sweet 11 year old Maddie suddenly went into what looked like a seizure or a stroke. Her little body went stiff, her eyes began bouncing, her tongue and face tightened, and she lost control of her bladder. In that moment, fear took over. We rushed her to the emergency vet praying for a miracle. For about twenty minutes she seemed to be doing better and we had hope. But once she was taken to the back, everything changed. Your team quietly entered the room and asked us to step into a private space. That's when we heard the words no pet parent ever wants to hear: "Maddie didn't make it." Our hearts broke in ways we never could have prepared for. Maddie wasn't just a dog she was our first and only family dog, our third child, the one who taught our kids about unconditional love. She had been with us since she was a tiny puppy and lived every chapter of our lives right beside us. Losing her feels like losing a piece of our home. Through all of this heartbreak, your compassion mattered more than you may ever know. The kindness, tenderness, and respect you showed Maddie and us during the most terrifying and painful moments of our lives will stay with our family forever. You didn't treat her like "just another case." You treated her like a beloved soul. And you treated us like grieving parents, not clients. From the gentle way you spoke to us, to the care you gave Maddie in her final moments, to the softness in your voices when delivering the news. Thank you for trying. Thank you for acting quickly. Thank you for treating Maddie with dignity. Thank you for treating us with patience and compassion. Thank you for sitting with us in our grief, even for a moment. We are devastated and our home feels impossibly quiet now. The absence of her little face, her joy, her warmth is a hole we don't know how to fill. But knowing she was in caring hands brings us a small measure of peace. We wanted to take a moment to offer our deepest gratitude to the team at Epic Veterinary Hospital for your support during the most devastating night of our lives. Thank you for helping us through the hardest goodbye we've ever had to say. With heartfelt appreciation, The Weaver Family
