The owner, Randy, and his buddy, Richard, were amazing!
They are quite the gentlemen, to say the least.
We had them once before when we moved in to this old house, for the power washing to strip off the old paint. This time, 10 + years later, we had the the surface all cleaned after the weather-impacted discoloring and mildews growing on the walls, especially on Northside, before the gutters are scheduled to be installed after this (low-)power washing.
Randy, first, had shown up for the estimate, then sent the quote in the email, the following day. He had explained how the work would be carried out in vivid details.
Due to our travel schedules, we had to push the scheduled date and he was accommodating our new date.
During the crazy busy Spring-Summer time, still our communication was smooth and mutually polite.
When they showed up on the day of work, it was exactly what we had imagined. Low-pressure, hot water with diluted bleach gently hosed on to the wall up to the 3rd floor wall, and it melted the green gunk and gray color off the trims and the shingles and clapboards right from our eyes. The stubborn areas were attended repeatedly to make sure everything was removed right. Then, all the surfaces were thoroughly rinsed with soapy water. The timing was exactly within 3 hours as we were told. And, the walls became cleaner and brighter for further 2-3 days as they dry out.
When they saw the old pathway was dingy, they cleaned it out all the way to the sidewalk, and, to make sure there was nothing dirty behind their job.
I gladly showed my appreciation to them with some substantial tip for their exemplary work ethics, which is very rare nowadays in our area.
I really hope they get the right clients to match their top-level service. Other contractors should learn from their manners and standards. We are so proud to have them work on our property again, and we highly recommend them. read more
