Critter Control's estimate to evacuate and seal the house was high, but the professional examination of the property was very, very impressive in comparison with others. Interestingly they advised I did not have a big problem and that the bat that entered was probably a youngster out exploring, a really professional assessment that could have cost them a job if it were not for a desire to assure another exploring youngster would not find his/her way in. So the actual sealing work was surprisingly detailed and meticulously done.
