I can't be out here hyping every business up when that's not the reality. On 12/18 I had to come to this Walgreens for passport pictures. There was a woman working the picture area and I asked her politely TWICE "hello ma'am, is this where I take my passport pics?" She was doing something but she heard me, didn't even look at me or say "I'll be right with you". I went to the kiosk and started pressing passport option (I had no idea what I was doing to be honest) and this it asked for an employees ID number so I ask "hello? Can I please have your id number?" This lady still looking down (not looking at me ONCE) states her ID number. At this point I was pissed because she really was just ignoring me. After adding the info, I realized I really couldn't have the option to do the pics on my own. I could only upload images. I had to wait for one of the rudest employees I've come across in a while to be done ignoring me..now also others. While standing right in front of her and her back no longer turned, I ask again "are you able to help me with my passport pics??" Her: "yes I'll be right with you" FINALLY I replied "I've asked you 3 times and you've ignored me" as another customer says "welcome to Florida" I was on the verge of boiling. I kept it together and she changed her entire demeanor after I said that. But not before she gossiped with another co-worker while checking me out. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient Walgreens on my drive however it is by FAR not the best at all. I hope the manager and staff are re-trained on customer service. One could never say I'm the rude customer. She was downright wrong and knew it.

His office staff is sweet and it puts me at ease that they are still following Covid protocol. The check-in process is super simple. You're immediately taken back to your room. Dr. Lewen is great. He takes his time and truly educates you on procedures, which is not something you see everywhere. He is a master at what he does and he ensures a natural result. Again, something I really appreciate. Lastly, his office staff ensure that they check up with you the morning after your procedure, which shows great care. Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Five stars!

    I find myself utterly disappointed and wondering whether the great number of 5 star reviews for…read morethis clinic and doctor are just the usual gaggle of friends and bots. Story so far. I visited the office about 6 months ago. I was interested in making minor eye lid adjustment and the doctor was a great salesman in making me feel comfortable and signing up for additional services which I don't really need. In order to schedule a firm date for the procedure I was asked to pay 100% upfront which I did. Once I got home my wife told me that I overpaid - I guess everyone negotiates but I was unaware of this. Oh well. I liked the doctor and he did have 5 stars . My schedule is extremely busy however and I was told that if I need to as long as I provide a reasonable notice I can change my procedure date. As it happened I did have to do just that twice. The second time however things went down hill rather quickly. Even though I apologized and gave reasonable notice I was treated extremely poorly as if they were doing me a favor by providing the procedure I paid for. After I had enough of their condescending language I told them I am done with the drama and they can either rebook me or refund my monies since absolutely no work has been done. Instead I was told that they will refund my money minus penalties and various fees. This in my opinion is a behavior of fraudsters and rogues not medical professionals. Therefore I plan on seeing you in court. I assume I am not the only one that has been mistreated by these rascals. Therefore I welcome others to reach out and join my cause. I am happy to foot the bill for what I consider a righteous cause. Doctors need to hold themselves to a higher standard then just how to make a quick buck. My email is rhe same as my name @gmail.com. Meanwhile I will have my staff file official complaints with the following departments: 1. Florida Department of Health (DOH): They oversee healthcare practitioners in Florida. You can file a complaint through their Consumer Services Unit. 2. Florida Attorney General's Office: For issues related to consumer protection, such as potential fraudulent practices, you can submit a complaint to the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. 3. American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS): If the surgeon is a member, you can report ethical concerns to the ASPS Ethics Committee.
