That's the beauty of Yelp. This is all about MY experience, you are welcome to respond and then…read morereaders can make their own judgement. Thanks for your response but I disagree. Three members of my family have been to you. Myself, my 20 year old son and my wife who started her career as a dental assistant and knows a little something about dental work. You can point the finger back at the patient, their dental care and their previous dentist but I'm guessing most people would be interested to know that all 3 of us had work done by you that had to be redone within those 3 years. You call it unprofessional for the dentist to call out? I find it refreshing that a dentist wouldn't try to overlook work done by another dentist. Your description of how you handle your phobic patients and how things are great just wasn't my experience. I had a terrible experience with you, each of my visits I felt like you didn't listen and I was a pain. I was by the way as I noted in my original review, I just don't need to be made to feel that way. My last visit I asked for another shot to numb me and you huffed and puffed, gave me a shot and disappeared to treat someone else, leaving me sitting there. I found you to be not at all patient friendly, just my opinion. Again on your work, people can decide for themselves but work all three of us are having done is not covered by insurance, because they ruled they already paid for it.

The office staff is extremely professional, the cleanest and most efficient dental office. They use the most up to date equipment and technology for cleaning, screening and whitening. The newest technology is being used for oral prevention/screening. My cleanings are extremely thorough and they keep up to date records in computerized systems. They take their time too, they don't rush the process. They document everything. I am in the process of some cosmetic dental work and everything is phased in, one step at a time approach. I even had older fillings replaced and my teeth look like I never had a cavity. I do have one area that will require dental surgery and Dr. G has a partnership with Surgeons whom are the best in their field. My mother had an emergency 6 months ago and Dr. G recommended his partner in Little Falls. She had a tooth extracted in minutes and was pain free in one day. Also to note is Dr. G's staff, everyone is on top of their game, from scheduling, billing, texting before appointments. Very professional. It's one family all working to help the patient.

Initially, my first-time patient experience was to find a suitable and reliable dentist/dentistry practice that would actually listen to my concerns (the patient) as to my molar root exposure with severe nerve-related pains that lasted between January 2026 into February 2026. To my surprise, after receiving a first-time patient assessment and dental cleaning, a petite female dentist at this particular practice (did not catch her name) called me out, stating aloud in front of everyone, "You do not go around dentist shopping..." rather than acting professionally in the workforce, having any sort of empathy, actively listening to my concerns (as the patient), and understanding my severe level of pain behind tears. To my utter dismay and shock, I was beyond repulsed. Instead of arguing or talking back to show my frustrations from professional to professional - which I believe was not worth my time or efforts or energy to utter anything at all - I paid my copayment and left. Now, after some months passing, it is time to drop my long-awaited negative review. Thank you much in advance. It matters which individuals are working in a practice, truly.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this office and will not be returning. I explicitly told…read morethe hygienist that I only wanted a basic teeth cleaning. Instead, the cleaning itself felt completely rushed, skipped essential steps like flossing, and I was never once offered a rinse. To make matters worse, the dentist came in for literally two seconds just to look in my mouth, and I was hit with a $225 bill. On top of the sub-par clinical care, the front office staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It feels like this practice prioritizes rushing through patients and maximizing bills rather than delivering quality, thorough patient care. Save your time and money and find an office that actually cares about doing quality work.
