Each and every visit paid co-pay plus..with additional charges/billing showing up a few months later. Was being told by others that something wasn't right. I refused to listen, because I believed that's just the way it was. I asked the front desk repeatedly if I was in network. They repeatedly assured me I was. November 2023 got a call from them regarding a past due balance from July of 2022. Had been in twice since that visit, nothing had been said on either visit regarding that balance. That made no sense, but I accepted it. Final visit January 2024. Paid co-pay+, received another ridiculous bill a month later. Questioned them again if I was in network. That call I was finally told that, in fact I was out of network. When I questioned that response, they relayed to me that they had told me that I was out of network in the past. It's not really about the money. I just began to question the integrity, communication and service from this provider.

When I arrived, I found out that the papers that had taken forever to fill out never made it there because I didn't have a captcha account. Of course they had gone to the great beyond. The angel behind the desk told me I didn't have to fill them all out anyway and instructed me in what to do. Everybody in the office was extremely efficient as were the following technicians. The last one actually did the complicated imaging. When I got to see Dr. Molpus, he competently told me the results and described the procedures in layman's terms. He is a complete, very knowledgeable professional. In addition, he didn't talk down to me because I am elderly. I see why I was referred to him. The whole practice is given A+ or five stars.

I recieved 7 stiches to my lip and 3 to my hand. Within 3 days my lip became necrotic. I saw my PCP on day 4 and her IMMEDIATE reaction was that I needed to see a surgeon THAT DAY!! No one was available on Day 5 Dr.Russ examined me.... cut out the necrotic tissue on my lip and performed the MOST AMAZING reconstruction surgery!! He claimed he wasn't a plastic surgeon but his work was AMAZING. After following his treatment plan as instructed... when I came back 3 days later for my post-op visit. He was thrilled that the wound looked 1000% better and so was I !!! On day 10 he removed the sutures he placed and OMG!!! The deformity that I anticipated having was NO LONGER an issue because his work was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING leaving only a hairline scar!!! His team and office staff were also AMAZING and very empathtic to my situation from the first day that I entered the office!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had decided to get a implant because it was a front tooth. I had told him about my father going to Mexico because it was so much cheaper and I should have NEVER said that. After that they gave me the run around and cost me a lot of time in pain. If they would have been straight with me at the beginning it would have saved me from waiting in pain for so long. Long story short 3 weeks later I go back when the lady Leslie told me because Kim would never return my calls just to be told he wasn't willing to help me because of a "trust" issue. In other words he didn't want to make a $400 temporary if they weren't going to get the $4000 for the implant. This guy claims to be a Christian but he wasn't willing to help me get my tooth removed and out of pain because he couldn't make the big money of an implant procedure. Very bad business behavior and extremely unprofessional. All I ask is that he should have been honest at the start so I could have moved on to have my tooth fixed to minimize the time I was in pain.
