I have been here a few times this…read moremonth to wash some comforters and bulky items and was happy with how clean it was, the AC inside was cold, and there were plenty of washers and dryers available. The decor is cute with the checkered floor and fun names on the machines. I will say it is pretty pricey, around $4 for a washer and $2 for a dryer and it only does 30 minutes so sometimes you have to do two dryer cycles. But they have free soap and a vending machine for snacks and extra laundry items. There is a bathroom, they are open 24 hrs, and they have a decent amount of chairs and barstools at a counter to sit at. They do have a rewards card you can buy from a machine for $1 and it says you "get 10% off" but what it actually does is give you an extra 10%..so we put $100 on it thinking it would charge $90 but it charged $100 and gave us $110. Also old reviews showed they served food here. Unfortuantely they do not anymore. Next door is now Leverett Lounge but Benny's Bagels is conveniently across the street.

The prices are reasonable and there is free WiFi (it's a little quirky though). The patrons here are all equally friendly and happy to help if it's your first time visiting. There wasn't much choice because the other two nearby laundromats were fully occupied by van loads of inmates. But at this place, the creep factor was increased x10 by the two bedraggled older white guys pacing around, staring at people, and acting just weird. To be honest, I did not feel safe at all. So, considering the creepiness and the absolute filthy facilities, I would have to give this place a -10. It really is sad because this place has the potential to be the cleanest and safest in NWA. Get rid of the creepy guys stalking people, clean the place up, and get all your machines working and you'll have a diamond. Right now, it is bad, very very bad. Most if not all of us just want a safe clean place with working machines to get our laundry done. Too bad Springdale can't offer this.

I have used Long Branch Dry Cleaning for my personal items in the past without issue. However, my…read morerecent experience regarding a vintage leather fringe coat I intended to sell for my business was extremely disappointing. Given my experience over the past few years including significant delays in the return of my daughter's wedding dress after preservation, as well as the damage to this vintage coat I would advise others to use extreme caution when considering this company. When I brought in the coat, I clearly informed the attendant that it was vintage leather. I was confident in this, but the attendant argued that it was faux leather after briefly inspecting it. I explained that, given the age of the coat, I did not believe faux leather would have been used at that time. Despite this, she insisted it was not leather and assured me it could be processed through standard dry cleaning. Based on her confidence, I trusted her judgment, although I was asked to sign a waiver prior to service. A week later, I was contacted and informed that the coat had been damaged during the dry cleaning process. When I returned to discuss the situation, the attendant acknowledged that the coat was, in fact, leather and admitted that sending it to a leather specialist would have prevented the damage. Despite this, I was told they had attempted repairs through their seamstress and that I would be responsible for the cost. I requested to speak with the owner, Forrest Ward, and was told he would contact me. After waiting over a week and leaving follow-up messages, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was later contacted by a manager who informed me the coat could not be repaired. During that conversation, responsibility was shifted onto me, citing the condition of the coat rather than acknowledging the improper cleaning method. Overall, I found the handling of this situation to be unprofessional and lacking accountability. As a long-term customer, I expected better communication, ownership of the mistake, and a reasonable resolution. As of 03/07/26 I still have not had my coat returned to me. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaning company.
