Our daughter has flourished here. She is happy, confident, and excited to go to school each day. She has built meaningful friendships and formed beautiful bonds with her teachers, who have shown her patience, encouragement, and kindness every step of the way. I enrolled my son at this daycare when he was only 5-6 months old and not even crawling yet. By his…read morethird day there, he came home with two bruises on his face. I initially brushed it off, but over time he continued coming home with scratches, bruises, and marks on his body on a regular basis. Each time I asked about them, staff were unable to explain how they happened. As a parent, that was extremely concerning. I repeatedly brought my concerns to the staff and administration, but I often felt dismissed. I also asked Jennifer if I could review the camera footage, but I was told recordings were only kept for 24 hours and had already been deleted. Another concern was the lack of communication. When picking up my son, staff rarely provided updates about his day and often seemed rushed or unwilling to discuss concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed and reassured, I frequently felt uncomfortable and unheard. My experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that staff were more focused on defending one another than addressing legitimate questions about my child's safety. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this daycare for infants or children who are not yet able to communicate what happens during the day.

She's so confident in the water and loves to swim and show off her skills. The pool itself is gorgeous and a pleasant place to observe lessons. The owner is kind and professional. Joseph and Kulani have been so patient, kind, and understanding -- they really take the time to make my boys feel safe, comfortable, and proud of themselves in the water. Big shoutout to the area director who came by to give helpful tips and guidance on how to best support the swim teachers with my boys' needs. That extra care meant so much to us. It's not always easy finding places that truly understand and care, but everyone here has shown such heart and compassion. I searched many swim classes in the area and found Waterworks Swim School. I have two different instructors for my boys, Jewel and Kaylyn. Jewel is the instructor for my younger son, and I can see his improvement every single lesson! Kaylyn teaches my 8-year-old son, and my husband was impressed by how much he has improved. Kaylyn and Jewel are both professional and amazing instructors with kind hearts! I highly recommend them!
