I began taking Level 2/3 classes as a very inexperienced student of yoga and in just a few months my practice got measurably stronger after only having the pleasure of taking class a few times per week. The studio is very well-lit and it feels fresh compared to studios that have no windows or natural light. The teachers are wonderful and you can tell they work from deep passion for yoga. I've taken class with people from ages 12 to 80 here; it's very open for all ability levels and fitness levels. As a very strong athlete, I never feel like class is slowed down despite the range of fitness levels in class. Truly phenomenal and I imagine hard to hone in. Well done!

It's our 2nd year in Aspen around the same time- January, and we decided to sign up for their 10 pack which graciously allows you to share it with your crew. This worked so good for us since we are not here often, and never know who and how many will be up for a class. I attended 3 classes this week during my short trip and had 3 different instructors. We enjoyed them all. The space itself is very inviting, clean and accessible to any area you decided to stay in. We had super nice welcoming staff. The mat and towel was included. Glad we found our studio.

Once we arrived the lady checking us in told my friend and I that they didn't accept class pass and that we could pay the drop in fee of $20. My primary complaint is with the staff at the front desk…read more They were not welcoming, overall felt "cold," and I was the only person that they did not make aware of the new "assigned spots" process. This led to tensions in the class itself as I was the only one without an assigned spot and unintentionally took the spot of someone else. I notified them of this mistake and their response was lackluster. They did not offer any sort of apology for that miscommunication and even remained defensive in nature. The combination of the environment of this place with this experience made me feel unwelcome. The classes themselves were OK. I would not come here again and would not recommend it.
