I began taking Level 2/3 classes as a very inexperienced student of yoga and in just a few months my practice got measurably stronger after only having the pleasure of taking class a few times per week. The studio is very well-lit and it feels fresh compared to studios that have no windows or natural light. The teachers are wonderful and you can tell they work from deep passion for yoga. I've taken class with people from ages 12 to 80 here; it's very open for all ability levels and fitness levels. As a very strong athlete, I never feel like class is slowed down despite the range of fitness levels in class. Truly phenomenal and I imagine hard to hone in. Well done!

It's our 2nd year in Aspen around the same time- January, and we decided to sign up for their 10 pack which graciously allows you to share it with your crew. This worked so good for us since we are not here often, and never know who and how many will be up for a class. I attended 3 classes this week during my short trip and had 3 different instructors. We enjoyed them all. The space itself is very inviting, clean and accessible to any area you decided to stay in. We had super nice welcoming staff. The mat and towel was included. Glad we found our studio.

There is a boutique that sells Cd's, jewelry, clothing and other stuff. The vibe is exactly what I look for in a studio, sacred and ascetically pleasing. Juliet, my teacher was awesome. The class started off slowly and gained momentum. She played music while she taught, which I thought only added to the overall effectiveness of the class. Everyone was friendly too, even the front desk girl. I can't tell you how many times I've been put off by a studio when the front desk gives you attitude. When I walked out into the street, into the bright sunlight of Crested Butte, the farmers market was happening, which was so perfect. I love this studio and I love this town. How can we move here?

Their class schedule didn't fit with my trip schedule but one of their instructors, Dana, came to the studio with very little notice and did a private class for me! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and their fees are more than reasonable. If you're in CB and have any interest in yoga, you must go here. I had only taken one yoga class in my life and Dana was so helpful that I came back the next day for another private class and even brought my business partner (who had never done yoga) to a group class the following day. For some reason my card wouldn't go through the first day so they aloud me to visit for free until my next visit! Along with that they are very personal and keep good care of the gym. You'll think it's small at first, but it has everything you could possibly need or want. Towels, lockers, great cable and free weight equipment, two separate rooms for stretching or active training, and good cardio equipment. If I lived here I wouldn't hesitate to join, thanks for welcoming me in your gym!!
