Sunset Hills park and Jefferson Barracks both within 15 mins great to get out and get some fresh air, play disc golf or have a picnic.

I talked with many residents, (most are pet owners!) and many eyes were looking for our Nicholas. He is now home! We love the open floor plan and everything is only 4-5 years old! There is a big difference in 'refurbished' apartments and 'new' ones. These were built with 9 foot ceilings, and so much cabinet space, I wish I didn't downsize for the other apartments we've lived in! That'll be an issue when we go to "clean" your duct system. You may also experience leaking through your ceiling into your children's bedroom. We will gaslight you and tell you it's just mildew. We have no degree nor background in mold remediation but we will spray some magic spray on it and call it a day. You can overpay for rent and only use the laundry mat when it's actually in service. Other than it being out of service more than necessary we keep is trashy. When you inevitably move out we will RAPE you on move out fees when the apartments are absolutely not suitable to live in upon move in. Slap some paint on a piece of shit and you can make even that look nice. All in all hated living in this community. Will most definitely drag its name through the dirt till it is torn down.

After he left, I know they have no control over if their workers shower or what they do outside of work hours but seriously. They also got a new maintenance worker named Tom i think and he also was rude with me when I had to put in a maintenance request for my refrigerator THAT THEY SAID WAS BRAND NEW but when we pulled it out it was from 2020 ALMOST 6 YEARS OLD!! And he had the nerve to catch an attitude and storm off and slam my front door on his way out all because I told him it was not a brand new fridge and he was wrong..
