They can't control people living they are going to live but there is an ordinance for STL county. People are going to live you will hear them above, below , through the wall! Danny Brooks brags about his 30 plus years of maintenance experience, when someone dose that it just mean there full of shit. Dogs get better accommodations on there death bed!! In the last 3 years of living here, Ive had squirrels in my walls, squirrels in my attic, squirrels in my ventilation ducts, they found dead squirrels in my AC unit, I have great picture of that. Every other week it's a new excuse.. Management dosent live on property. Parking lot has pot holes. When management responses to this post, there going tell you, they address all issue which they do, with an excuse an they will blame you. That's all I have heard for 3 years, I have unreasonable expectations, I expect my AC to cool my apartment to 65-69 degrees at night. I expect not to have squirrels in my attic are in my walls. I been told that i have unexpectable golds!! I have lived in apartments sense 2008. This by far is the biggest shit hole. When the new management company took over in 2017, Hitler became my new landlord! The office will not except packages, I have had more packages stolen left at the common mail box. I had to pay to have my washer machine fix, the maintenance could figure it out. I was told by if I want to have an AC that cool my apartment, I should by it my self. God forbid there lose change left out it's gone. But I can't prove it, it just my assumption. I can keep going on. This is my first ever one star review. My grandfather was a contractor but died when I was 1. The stories I hear about him remind me of Mike...wanting to do the job right...continuing on thru struggles (for my family it was keeping a business going through the depression; for the Aleto's through the recession and pandemic). The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that they have been fixing the roof for over a month; therefore we have had no ac. My apt remains over 80 degrees at all times. I would not recommend choosing any apartment affiliated with Whitehall. Spend the extra $50/ month.
