It has close and easy access to 270 and 55, and the traffic in the local area is not bad at all. It's just about 30 minutes away from everywhere if you want fun-city-like stuff to do. The situation could be worse and living in the city with gun violence and people screaming on the streets. It's safe here be grateful for what the company does offer! They can't control people living they are going to live but there is an ordinance for STL county. People are going to live you will hear them above, below , through the wall!
