The apartments are large, very well maintained as is the entire building. I was considering moving too many other complexes but I found BayShore Manor less expensive and convenient and close to sunrise highway. The outside lighting has improved around the property. It used to be a tad dark. Also the landscaping is much better and cleaner. It used to be forest like. A fence would be nice but management says the property is way too big. Management isn't bad. Heating is fine. Sometimes it can be hotter in October but all around it's very good. The parking is free within the complex. It's first come first serve.My last apartment complex charged us a monthly parking fee per month. The outside garages were just painted. It's about time. I rent a garage for storage and it's a lift up garage with your own lock. Come prepared. Charlie and Phil love the landscaping. I see them out every day in the summer. In the winter, they can do a bit better on the plowing. They also have a separate plow guy come in. The hallways are nice and were renovated back in 2005. They can be cleaner. The biggest positive is that the building felt like a decently managed property, with no significant recent complaints or violations (I've had horror stories in the past), which I confirmed by looking up the building's address report.

He never answers or returns calls, has no idea how to fix ANYTHING in the building and gives you a hard time when you finally get a hold of him. The plumbing and heating system is out of date and not working, the average temp in my apt last winter is 62-64 degrees all winter. The building managers never get back to you about this and ignore the tenants pleas for help. The worst apt I’ve lived in all my life. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!

During our conversation, Evanka said to me, "If you lease a car, you can't just stop leasing it." I responded that he wishes to keep the lease -- I am simply asking to be removed. There is no reason for me to remain on it, other than their insistence that I endure an abusive situation. I had already pleaded with them to release me from the unexecuted lease, as ownership has not even signed it. Despite this, they continue to refuse. Their behavior has been unethical and deeply troubling, showing more concern for enforcing paperwork than for my safety and well-being. To be clear, my ex-partner earns over $100,000 annually and fully qualifies for the apartment financially on his own. We have been trapped in this toxic situation for over a month, and I still have not received a fully executed lease.

We did not know, the refuse your payment, if it is past due, by 10 days, there is a late fee of $195 , and they begin eviction proceedings at this time. We went fro having a two day a week dumpster removal, to once a week, the dumpster is always overflowing!
