Maybe considering getting a new phone clerk specifically someone who has customer service experience and has a broad vocabulary so they won't be using southern vernacular words such as mmmhmm when responding to questions.

Beware: Roaches!! We had planned to stay here for 6 months however as soon as we got there we…read morestarted seeing roaches. I have never in my life shared my living space with a roach ever and I was not going to start. I called to let the park know and they seemed unconcerned...their response was "we never heard of that before" well I'm telling you, they have a roach problem somewhere. We left, I can not live in that kind of environment. I again suggest to the owner they call a company to spray. The spot we were at were full of glass, they do not clean there is litter throughout the park on the ground. They do not enforce their own rules, dogs left outside in chains, barking, tarps covering RVs, no one picks up after their animals. This park did not meet my standards at all. I have never left a park earlier than we reserved until we stayed here.

Cons- hookups were in the very back of my site, not terrible but with 2 drains it is a mildly annoying. I did not use the Wi-Fi or the laundry room, but it is available. Management was great whenever I called and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area
