The location is an Aveda salon, so it has all the fancy schmancy and expensive products, but my haircut is a dollars cheaper than at her previous salon. The location is small and quaint, and has been remodeled to be more modern, youngish, and more hip. The location is surrounded by good convenience things (grocery store, wine store, Xperience Fitness). I like that I get phone call and text message reminders about my appointments. I also like that I don't get "upsold" to all the time.

No! Then they say the tips are good?! The reason the tips are good is because customers feel sorry for us! The wait time is never correct, I have told them ample times about this and they still do nothing to fix it, so the stylists get bitched at for it and it's to no fault of their own! It's tiring, no break when you work alone so then you feel like a jerk telling customers you need to eat! Crazy! I'm going to say this... NO GOOD or even AIGHT STYLIST for that matter, can accomplish all the demands and stay happy or even stay working there. BURNT OUT is what I'd call it! Like, would it really kill them to pay us a dollar more? So, to make good money you have to have a "hustling degree " for real!
