It missed my windshield- but completely shattered the tempered glass panel above my windshield. While it was glass damage, it was considered a comprehensive claim on my insurance. Over a two week period I tried Safelite, Portland Glass, Granite State Glass, Kidders Automotive and Lebanon Volvo Volkswagen. None would touch the car. A friend told me to call Sean/Jasmin and I stopped in. They gave me an estimate and worked with my insurance ASAP. The part needed? ended up being on a national back order with no ETA. It took a little while - but the part was located and ordered. They installed it and kept the car indoors overnight to let the urethane seal cure. I just picked it up, it looked exactly like it came from the factory. When I went to pay? It ended up being so much cheaper that my jaw literally hit the floor and I was extremely confused lol. This place does great work and they obviously value their customers. I literally can't say enough good things about this place and everyone out front and in back.
