I do not recommend living here. The walls are super thin, so you hear everything and everyone. The door that the people go in and out of to get to their apartment is super loud in the "newer" buildings. There has also been a lot of theft in this area. I hate that you're not allowed to add supplemental locks on the doors. On top of that, the neighbors above me have lots of children, and do nothing to discipline them when they run up and down the apartment all day long, wrestle and body slam most of the night- even after quiet hours. The parents are also super heavy footed and that is annoying after a while. It is an invasion on the peace and comfort of the apartment, and I have to unfortunately leave out in order to find some peace, and quiet......and my dog is also starting to bark from all the noise. Her ears can't take it. I don't understand how management allowed such a large family to move into a SECOND LEVEL apartment without thinking about how much of a noise pollution that would be to the people below them. Also, in the particular section I
live in there's not much parking, and I have to wonder how many people actually belong out here. There really should be assigned parking since the spaces are limited. I also cannot stand the fact that there is a false window in the living room. They really designed it so that on certain bottom level homes, you can only have 1 window to open in the living room.....it's not enough. And you cannot open the door in the same room because it is not a sliding glass door that has a screen and they do not allow security screen doors to be put on, so they say; and yet I have seen a couple of apartments with them. People leave their pets poop everywhere. So disgusting, and I don't think people realize that other pets can get sick if their animals poop is infected. Very disappointed. It's nothing like what it used to be. Management back in the day was wonderful and on point. So beware before moving here. read more
