They don't care about their tenants. They will not make compromises. Some of their apts have bed bugs. They always blames the tenants. If they keep doing treatments to get rids of the bugs, they will evict the tenants and tenants pay the bugs treatment bill. They will not come to apt to fix things if you have bugs. Even if tenants don't have bugs, sometimes it take for does to fix things or they don't fix things at all. We have to keep calling them until they fix it. Some complexes have basements that gets flooded and things don't work like the hot water heater. They will not support people who get mistreated but they will support the people who mistreat people. The gov. will not do anything about all those problems. They need to be shut down

I just made an initial call to Keith Walpol who works for this company. I described to him exactly…read morewhat type of commercial property I'm looking to purchase. He told me that I would have to sign an agreement with his company stating that I would be dealing with his company exclusively to find this property. I told him that I will not do so because I've had agents from other companies NOT work diligently in finding me what I need, and I don't want to limit my options. I told him the sales commission will go to whoever finds me a suitable property FIRST, whether it's someone from his company or a different company. He didn't like the fact that I challenged his company's double standards in that I had to put ALL my faith in his company, but no faith was given to me that his company would find a suitable property for me in a reasonable amount of time. In addition, for some odd reason, Keith kept saying he is not a residential agent. When I asked him why he kept saying that, even though I made it clear several times that I was looking for commercial property, he told me that I should take my business elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE~!
