Hotel is ok however the Spa at this hotel called "Solaris Spa" is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO THERE!! They lie that's why they charge you in advance!! They charge for one hour massage and spa you spend waiting 10 mins each time they start something. The massage was HORRIBLE!! Lady rubbed my back body softly, I said I need a massage a little firm plz, she said you didn't pay for hard massage!! Are you kidding me?? Hate the Spa at this hotel. I asked for a different masseuse she left for 10 mins came back took me to put mask on my face!! Wow! Solaris Spa is horrible on top of all this that I complained, manager says "sorry come back tomorrow and I'll give you 50% discount!!! Never again that's why there is no website or listing but it's connected to this hotel! read more
